Ada slim complains Nigerian celebrities attitude 2baba protest

Nigerian media personality Ada slim has taken to her instagram page to complain about Nigerian celebrities that ignored critical issues that are on ground in the Nigerian atmosphere now to repost pictures of beyounce’s pregnancy bump photos. She is not against the reposting of the photos but her complaint is that the Nigerian masses are suffering which has lead to the proposed protest by 2baba formally known as tuface . Of these celebrities have refused to show their solidarity for a protest aimed at improving the lot of the poor masses that made them what they are today.
Really pathetic, that’s how the other
time France was hit by terrorist attacks, most
celebrities and other Nigerians were standing
with France by using their flags on social
media, facebok, twitter, BBM etc whereas boko
haram had been wrecking havoc in the north
for years, none stood with Nigeria, none stood
with the people in the north, Nigerian lives
matter not to them but foreign lives matter….
which way Nigeria?
In the End, we will remember not the words of
our enemies, but the silence of our friends.
Martin Luther King, Jr.
Our lives begin to end the day we become
silent about things that matter.
Martin Luther King, Jr.
He who passively accepts evil is as much
involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it.
He who accepts evil without protesting
against it is really cooperating with it.
Martin Luther King, Jr.
We must always take sides. Neutrality helps
the oppressor, never the victim. Silence
encourages the tormentor, never the
tormented.
Elie Wiesel
Those who make peaceful revolution
impossible will make violent revolution
inevitable
